By securing your booking With Caminiti Car Hire (CCH), you are agreeing to the following


DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

$30 deposit required to secure booking*

Full payment required 48 hours before scheduled lift*

*Unless other arrangements in writing have been made with CCH.

All Payment Options will be backed with a Tax Invoice

Payment options Include

– PAYID, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash, EFT(1.7% surcharge), Payment Link Via email (1.7% surcharge)

No Refund given if booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to scheduled lift. More than 24 hours full refund less $10 admin fee will be refunded.

CCH is not responsible if flights or cruise embarkments are missed, please allow plenty of time with your bookings. As a guide aim to be at Domestic Airport 1.5 hours prior boarding, International 3 hours prior.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Please Inform your booked driver once you have landed, and then again once you have luggage, and proceed to your pick up location that was booked.

CRUISE ARRIVALS

Please contact your CCH driver once your disembarkment has started, and then again once you have got your luggage.

LATE WAITING FEES

Extra fees will be charged for excess waiting times from scheduled pick up time.

  • SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL: 50-90 minutes $50, 91-120 minutes $100. After 120 minutes lift is forfeited.
  • SYDNEY DOMESTIC: 15-30 minutes $40, 31-60 minutes $70, 61-120 minutes $100, after 120 mins, lift is forfeited.
  • NEWCASTLE AIRPORT: 31-60 minutes $20, 61-90 minutes $50, 91 – 120 minutes $100, after 120 minutes lift is forfeited
  • WHITE BAY ROZELLE: 30-60 minutes $50, 61-120 Minutes $100, after 120 mins, lift is forfeited.
  • CIRCULAR QUAY (OPT): 30-60 minutes $50, 61-120 Minutes $100, after 120 mins, lift is forfeited.

SURCHARGES

  • EFT and payment links incur 1.7%
  • Baby and booster seats
  • International meet and greet in person.
  • Public Holidays 10%
  • NO extra charge for luggage trailer
  • NO extra charge for Tolls (driver will pick the quickest most direct route regardless of Tolls)

VEHICLE DAMAGE

Should you, or any of your party cause damage to the vehicle you will incur the full cost of repairs of such damage plus a downtime fee of $250 +GST per day whilst the vehicle is unable to be used for its commercial purpose. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy about misusing our services. Please help us to maintain service standards during each and every trip.

CLEANING FEES

Should cleaning be required, a cleaning fee commensurate with the nature of the mess will be charged to you. This will be the actual fee incurred by us. A downtime fee of $20 +GST per 15 minutes will apply this includes travel to and from detailing venue.

DRIVER BEHAVIOUR AND LEGALITIES

All CCH drivers will behave in a professional and respectful manner.

CCH drivers will do their best to get you to and from your destination as quickly as possible, all while doing this safely and legally. No pressure or requests to be made towards the driver to drive and way that may be illegal and breach of road rules.

OTHER DRIVERS

The services of other similar transfer companies may be used during peak times. Although other companies will remain under our supervision, they are governed by their own operational guidelines and operate at all times under their own insurance policies.

SMOKING, VAPING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES & ALCOHOL

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. NSW transport regulations also prohibit the carrying of open alcohol containers in our vehicles, the penalty for which is borne by the offending passenger and is currently gazetted at $1,100 per open container.
